Look back on the worst thing that’s ever happened to you until now. The details of those events don’t matter. The pain you went through doesn’t matter. The time you lost doesn’t matter. The price you paid doesn’t matter. The help you got doesn’t matter. The lessons you learned don’t even matter right now. All that matters, in this particular moment, is that you are able to look back on it at all. You’re still standing. Someday, too, you’ll look back on where you are now. Do so from a higher vantage point.

GFDA is the bearer of messages from your own heart. What we say is nothing new, we simply put things in a way that you can’t ignore.

Happiness isn’t a reward. Strength isn’t gained without effort. Love isn’t something you get from someone else. Life is made bearable in the bearing of it. The meaning of life reveals itself when you stop looking for it and start living with sincerity. Fulfillment will come at last when you have given all that you have.
